I started using this product about one month ago. I don't want sound to extreme but it really did relive my pain within a day. I am 62 and have osteoarthritis, I have been a runner all my life and it feels good to run without pain anymore. I highly recommend this product. I use the lotion.

Game Changer! As an over 40 long distance runner and mom of 3 I’m constantly sore. I love this lotion. It relieves my tired legs so I can get out and continue to log 30 plus miles a week. I love the scent- it is light and refreshing. The cream goes a long way- two drops will cover an entire leg. Best part is that it doesn’t overwhelm you like icy hot and menthol creams. It refreshes your muscles- gives them a bit of a tingle- and then you are good to go!
